Your materials
Everything you send — proposals, white papers, data-room memos, reviewer comments, pitch decks, supporting files — is read by one person to perform the review you paid for. That is the only thing that happens to it.
No third parties. No shared systems. No training data. Your materials are not sold, licensed, aggregated, or used to improve any AI system. The output belongs to you.
Scope — what the review is
The Accelerated Independent Technical Review is a fixed-scope independent technical assessment. The $250 triage returns preliminary red-team findings in 48 hours: claim inventory, mechanism gap analysis, and an objection map ranked by kill-shot risk. The optional $750 Risk Closure Matrix is the full gap-closure document, released on payment.
This is not legal advice, patent prosecution, regulatory certification, financial advice, or engineering sign-off. The review finds what the hostile reader will find. Missing evidence is identified, not fabricated. Unsupported claims are narrowed, flagged, or rejected.
Delivery
The 48-hour clock starts when accessible materials arrive, not when the deposit is paid. Send materials from the email you provided at checkout, with the job ID in the subject line.
If materials do not arrive within 72 hours, InTelluric will follow up to confirm or void the engagement and issue a refund.
Refunds
The deposit is refundable if InTelluric cannot complete the review — materials not received, or materials outside scope. Once the triage is delivered it is non-refundable. The Risk Closure Matrix balance is non-refundable once the document is released.
Liability
Total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement. The review is an independent professional opinion, not a guarantee of outcome. You remain responsible for the final content of any submitted document.
