Confidentiality & Terms
Clients submit technical documents, drafts, patent-adjacent ideas, grant proposals, and investor materials. This page states what is collected, how it is used, and what rights you retain.
What is collected
InTelluric collects only what you submit: the document, draft, notes, or materials provided for a specific engagement, along with the contact information and context you enter in the intake form. No tracking pixels, behavioral data, or third-party analytics are used on intake forms.
For AITR engagements, materials are submitted via link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar) or pasted directly into the intake form. InTelluric accesses those materials for the purpose of the review only.
How materials are handled
All submitted materials are treated as confidential. InTelluric does not share, sell, publish, or disclose client materials to third parties. Materials are used exclusively to produce the commissioned deliverable.
Review reports and engagement records are retained internally for operational continuity (re-delivery if a payment confirmation is lost, dispute resolution). They are not used for training, marketing, or any secondary purpose.
Public-facing proof of work on this site — provisions, excerpts, before/after examples — is synthetic, redacted, or produced from engagements where explicit permission was granted. No identifying client detail appears on the open web without consent.
Retention
Engagement records (intake data, submitted materials, and delivered reports) are retained for a minimum of 90 days after delivery to support re-delivery and dispute resolution. After that window, records may be retained for internal quality purposes or deleted on request.
If you want your materials and engagement record deleted, send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line "Deletion Request." InTelluric will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
Access
Submitted materials and engagement records are accessible only to InTelluric operators handling the specific engagement. No other parties have access. InTelluric does not use subcontractors or shared platforms that would expose client materials to third parties without disclosure.
Scope limits
InTelluric produces technical analysis and specification documents. Nothing in an InTelluric deliverable constitutes:
Deliverables reflect analysis of publicly available information and submitted materials. All IP rights in the commissioned artifact transfer to the client on full payment. InTelluric retains no license to use, reproduce, or distribute the delivered artifact.
