This independent technical due diligence review evaluated a non-contact turbulence instrument claimed across seawater, blood, electrolytes, and liquid metals. Physical-realizability and detectability analysis found a viable signal-to-noise envelope for liquid metals only, with the other fluid classes failing by orders of magnitude. The report returns fluid-class GO, CONDITIONAL, and NO-GO verdicts plus a Stage 1 liquid-metal demonstrator roadmap.
