Information collected
Commercial intake can include your name, business email, organization, selected service and program, deadline, draft state, nonconfidential scope summary, acceptance records, source page, campaign attribution, and opaque intake or checkout identifiers.
Payment-card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout. InTelluric does not ask for or receive the full card number through its intake form.
Do not submit here
Do not put proposal text, confidential IP, unpublished technical detail, PHI, classified information, export-controlled material, credentials, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data into a public form.
If an engagement needs source materials, InTelluric establishes the handling route after scope acceptance.
How information is used
Intake data is used to assess fit, bind the selected offer and terms, create checkout or procurement records, communicate about the request, fulfill an accepted engagement, maintain accounting and audit records, prevent abuse, and diagnose service failures.
Service providers
InTelluric uses service providers for hosting and operations, operational email, payment processing, and campaign measurement. Those providers receive only the information needed for their function and process it under their own terms. Stripe processes checkout and payment data; Google tags may process device and interaction data for analytics and campaign attribution.
Analytics and attribution
The site can store campaign parameters—such as UTM values, an opaque account code, or a message variant—in local browser storage and attach them to a submitted intake. Google Analytics and Google Ads tags may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can block those technologies through browser controls, although essential form and payment functionality may still create operational records.
Security
InTelluric limits public intake to metadata and uses access controls, transport encryption, and operational records appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure; report a suspected issue to [email protected].
Your requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete intake information, or object to a nonessential use, by emailing [email protected]. InTelluric may need to verify the requester and may retain records required for contracts, security, tax, disputes, or other legal obligations.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Engagement-specific confidentiality, security, or retention terms control when they provide stronger or more specific protection.
